+ The first is raw material. Because we have bird’s nest house so we can select a good grade of bird’s nest, long strip (not a small pieces or powder)
+ The second is technology. we use freeze dry technology to produce. This processing is low temperature for make it dry. The temperature is between -20 to 55 ํC so the benefits of bird’s nest not be destroy in this processing.
+ The third is freeze dry technology make it dry and light weight. Net weight of 1 box is 100 grams (5 serving). Moreover the piece of the nest is dry and low moisture so it can keep in the room temperature for 2 years (No preservatives)

Only quality bird’s nest which was cleaned and cooked with natural ingredients is chosen. We use fresh pandan for natural flavor which contains many qualifications such as nourish heart and blood vessels. Moreover, we use steviol glycoside which is 200-300 times sweeter but lower cholesterol instead of sugar. Benefits of stevia is
